Same Day Access provides a walk-in clinic at 356 Biltmore Avenue where you can walk in anytime without an appointment and talk with a staff member about your current situation and needs. You will learn about options for treatment, support and resources.
For routine information and assistance, you can enter the upper floor of the building at the front door, Monday through Friday, from 8 am until 5 pm.
If you are having a crisis, you will participate in a crisis assessment and may go to the behavioral health urgent care on the first floor. You will be in a safe area with comfortable furniture and with staff who can support you. Crisis services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week at C3356.
With the help of the staff and when you feel more stable, you can make a plan to leave the urgent care, stay safe at home or with friends, and return for outpatient services the next day. If you have a behavioral healthcare provider other than RHA, you will be assisted in planning to return to your previous provider the day after you leave the urgent care.
If you continue to be in crisis for most of a 24-hour period, you may go to the facility based crisis program on the first floor. There, you will have a safe, comfortable place to stay while you continue to participate in assessment and treatment.
