WHO IS SERVED?
Anyone who is experiencing behavioral health crisis will be served at C3356, regardless of insurance or financial status. Individuals who come in for routine services (not in crisis) will participate in a screening process to identify their insurance status and to determine eligibility for services. Medicaid and Medicare are accepted, as well as many other insurance sources. People of all ages can come to C3356 for crisis services. Children in crisis will be assessed, receive stabilization and support, and ultimately be referred to a location specializing in children’s services.
If, during the initial visit, an emergency medical need is identified, the individual will be referred to the Mission Emergency Department.
HOW TO ACCESS C3356
You may come to C3356 and walk in the front door during business hours (8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday) to learn about services and to ask for help.
You will be seen by an RHA staff member for an initial meeting to help determine your needs. Typically, you are talking with a staff member within 15 minutes of approaching the front desk at C3356.
Walk-in service for behavioral health crisis is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The Crisis Services entrance is on the lower level.
Business hours may differ for individual organizations within C3356 – RHA Outpatient hours are 8am – 5pm, Monday through Friday. Some evening groups are scheduled.
