Crisis Services are available 24/7 at C3356 Behavioral Health Urgent Care. Receive immediate support and talk to someone who can help you at any time of day or night.
You can come to the C3356 lower level entrance any time, day or night, and any day of the week, without an appointment. Behavioral Health Urgent Care staff will greet you and listen as you share information about your current situation and needs. Then, you will learn about options for treatment, support and resources.
What should I expect?
If your situation is a crisis or emergency, you will participate in a crisis assessment. You will be in a safe area with comfortable furniture and with staff who can support you. Crisis services are available 24hours a day and seven days a week at C3356.
Nursing staff will provide a brief evaluation of your physical condition, including checking your heart, lungs, and your neurological status, as well as checking your blood alcohol level. If you are experiencing any medical condition that requires immediate treatment, the staff will assist in referring you to the Mission Emergency Department.
At the Behavioral Health Urgent Care, with the help of the staff and when you feel more stable, you can make a plan to leave the urgent care, stay safe at home or with friends, and return for follow up crisis or outpatient services the next day.
If you continue to be in crisis for most of a 24 hour period, you may go to the facility based crisis program on the same floor at C3356 where you will have a safe, comfortable place to stay while you continue to participate in assessment and treatment.
